Under the action of the pump and pressure (2-3kg), high-viscosity and high-concentration materials are driven into the membrane module for high-speed rotation. The filtrate passes through the membrane pores in a tangential manner under the action of pressure and flows out through the hollow shaft.The concentrate (solid matter) forms turbulent flow due to high-speed rotation, which continuously washes the surface of the membrane to prevent the solid matter from staying on the surface of the membrane disc, thereby effectively preventing fouling on the membrane surface and ensuring normal filtration, thereby achieving a concentration effect.

Centrifugal action: Centrifugal force is used as a driving force, which does not rely on the feed pump to provide large circulation flow and operating pressure. The material liquid can be segmented.
